About Us
The Lake is our Ocean
We have been running surf camps in Spain for almost ten years. Due to the issue of climate change, we believe that we should focus more on sports that we can do in our immediate surroundings. And what could be better for our thermally blessed Alpine lakes than the new foil sports? We are convinced that this will enable an unprecedented feeling of surfing on our lake. Because the efficiency of the foil means that you can even ride ship waves.
We are therefore delighted to be able to teach you a new way of surfing in Switzerland from now on and thus shorten the time until your next holiday by the ocean.
Team
Our team has grown since this year. In addition to Tom, the managing director, Martial supports us in the areas of wing and pump foiling, and Kilian supports us with pump foiling. Jana makes sure that you don't miss anything else and is often on the water with the foil herself.

Tom has a passion for all kinds of water sports. He started windsurfing at the age of twelve. After graduating from high school, he was hooked on surfing in the ocean. That's why he set up and ran the Waverocker Surf Camp in Galicia (Spain) from 2013 to 2021. In autumn 2021, back in Switzerland, he started wing foiling. He is fascinated by what is possible with a foil on the lake.
Jana started wing foiling two years ago. Because of her passion for sailing, it was only natural that she could hardly wait to get back on the water as soon as possible. She uses the windy days to practice jibing. She helps with the courses and makes sure that the guests are happy and carefree. Be it with a cappuccino from the portafilter machine during the theory session or a beer after the course.
Martial has worked at the surf station at the beach bar in Nottwil for the past eight years. There he has given countless courses in wing foiling, windsurfing and SUP. He is a very experienced wing foiler, a patient teacher and knows the equipment and various areas in Switzerland and abroad. He is happy to teach you wing foiling from scratch or a new trick.

Kilian is the pump foil professional on Lake Alpnach. No one has as many starts under his belt as he does, knows the material so well and travels around the world to ride the best ocean or ship waves with his foils. He is also incredibly happy to teach anyone who is interested how to pump foil. Together with Tom and Martial, he has come up with tricks to help you get on the pump foil as quickly as possible (and stay on top)! ;-)
