This course is ideal for all water sports enthusiasts with previous foil experience. In other words, for all those who attended a beginner's course a while ago or who already have their own equipment but are not yet comfortable with it. During the course, we take an individual approach to the participants and analyse your skills on the water. But beforehand, on land, we repeat the wing handling again. We often recognise postural errors or incorrect movements here. We address these and show you how and why you should do things differently. Specifically, the course programme is as follows:

Climbing, starting, steering and 180° turns (as well as tacks & jibes when progressing quickly) - tips from the boat from close up

Take off on the foil for the first time

Radio support for optimal coaching during foil attempts / first practised jibes, etc.

Requirements:
You have already taken a beginner's course (albeit some time ago). This course does not include any theory. We do not go into wind systems, possible riding courses, safety measures or the material (and its characteristics). This means that you already have a basic understanding of these areas so that wing handling, including steering movements and direction changes, makes sense for you. If this is not the case, we recommend you to choose the five-hour beginner's course.
Course dates
This course can take place from Wednesday to Sunday. The dates can be checked and booked directly online using the booking system . The course will take place with a minimum of two people and you will be informed the day before whether the course can take place. If the weather is good but you are alone, you can convert the course into a private lesson for an additional charge of CHF 50.
